scone_cream_jam1. Rub margarine into flour and sugar until at breadcrumb stage.
2. Add eggs and sufficient milk to bind to a stiff dough
3. Roll out to a thickness of 1.5 to 2cm and cut out using a 5cm diameter cutter
4. Place on a floured tray and bake at 200C/350F/Gas mark 5 for 10-15 mins
