1. Roast the beef in a hot oven 375%F for about 2 ½ hours. Allow to cool slightly
2. Slice and place in tin.
3. Sprinkle flour over tray to absorb the juices. Cook for a few minutes
4. Pour over the water and bring through the boil.
5. Mix in gravy granules to give a rich colour and slightly thickened gravy.
