1. Sauté the Quorn, onions and carrots in the oil add the tomato and garlic purees.
  2. Add the canned tomatoes and 100 ml water with the bouillon. Bring to the boil and cook for 10mins.
  3. Add the mixed peppers, black pepper to taste and herbs.
  4. Simmer for a further 5 mins.
  5. Thicken with cornflour blended with the rest of the water.
