1. Dry fry the mince and skim off any fat.
2. Add the onions, grated carrots and tomato puree.
3. Add water with the bouillon
4. Add the canned tomatoes with their juice and mix well.
5. Add the garlic powder and herbs. Cook until meat is tender and sauce is correct consistency.
