Method :
1. Place the mince, onion, garlic, soy sauce, breadcrumbs, eggs, black pepper and herbs into a food mixer and mix well.
2. Divide the mixture into 20 and roll into balls, flatten well and place in tin with a lid
3. Cook in oven until tender and brown.
4. Fill rolls ready for service
