Sausage and mash1. Brown sausages in oven.
2. Drain off excess fat and add diced vegetables and water.
3. Cook, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 200C, 400F, Gas 6.
4. Mix the flour and bouillon to a smooth paste with a small quantity of water.
5. Remove the sausages from the oven and gradually add the thickening agent, stirring continuously. Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.
6. Serve in a hot, clean serving dish.
