chocolate mandarin sponge1. Mix together all dry ingredients.
2. Rub in margarine, add eggs and water to make a soft dough.
3. Divide into 2 pieces.
4. Roll to oblong shape, brush with melted margarine and add currants.
5. Roll into swiss roll shape and cut into buns.
6. Bake at 190C / 375F / gas mark 5 for 20 – 30 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with castor sugar.
