Method :
1. Line a flan dish with half the pastry.
2. Chop up the apples and spread them over the pastry.
3. Cover with the remaining pastry.
4. Bake in the oven at 200C, 400F, Gas 6 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
5. Dredge with sugar.
